«Studio Metr» - is us, Alexandra Kolesnikova and Anton Seryogin. We met in Marina Razbezhkina’s workshop for documentary films. There we made our first films separately, founded a family, gave birth to a daughter, organized our company and started making films together.
Before going to cinema school we wrote plays and staged them, wrote poems and painted pictures, did translations and programming, wrote dissertations and taught at the university.
As we're united by love and cinema now we're doing cinema with love. We believe that movies are intended to liberate people and expand consciousness. Thus we’re striving to put all of our knowledge and courage into films that broadcast a unique human experience of liberation.
Our studio is located at our home, in a converted storeroom, on an area of 1 square meter, hence the name.
But we have big plans. In addition to our favorite documentary films, of which we will not tire to experiment, we want to please people with feature-length genre pictures, television series and television programs, educational and socially useful online projects.
Thanks for coming to our page, write if you are interested in cooperation, and wish us luck!
See you in the real world and on all of it screens!
